What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We also accept payment by PayPal, AfterPay and ShopPay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to  the PayPal, AfterPay or ShopPay  website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

If you received a damaged, Defective or missing products from your order, please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective within 72hrs of receiving your package and contact us via email at

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $150, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. You can also track your package directly on our website by clicking on  "Track my order"


Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. once an order is placed, It cannot be canceled! If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell, WE DO  NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. 

What do I do if my order is confirmed delivered but I did not received it?

KhalidalNaturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KhalidaNaturals will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. . If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via with the details within 72hrs of receiving your package. We’ll respond within 48-72 hours.

Does this product really work?

Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person.We recomend using 3-4 times a week for best results. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may vary.

How soon can I see results?

Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. 3-4 times a week, applying to scalp, edges and the entire hair. Consistency is key.
